Terms of Service:
Character Details: Please provide detailed information about your character, including costume, colors, and clear references. For new characters, please send multiple references and thorough explanations.
Revisions: You are entitled to up to three revisions during the sketch and base color stages.
Commission Request: Please provide a detailed description of your commission, and it's even better if you can include references for the artwork you want.
Turnaround Time: The typical working time for your commission is around one week, depending on the complexity of your request.
No Backgrounds: We do not offer background artwork as part of our service.
Artwork Display: By default, commissioned artwork will be uploaded to my social media. However, if you want to keep it private, please inform us.
Payment After Sketch Approval: Payment will be made after you approve the initial sketch.
PSD for Live2D Model: You will receive a PSD file for your Live2D model.

USAGE & COMMERCIAL:
Project Information: Please inform us as clearly as possible whether your project is for personal or commercial use.
Live2D for Streaming: Live2D for personal streaming has a different rate than commercial use.
Usage Categories: Non-commercial applies to independent Vtubers and regular streaming. Commercial applies to agencies, teams, or groups.
Questions about Usage: If you have any confusion about the differences, please inquire with us.

PAYMENT:
Currency: Payments can be made in USD through Paypal and IDR through DANA.
Review Before Final Payment: You will receive a low-resolution image for review before final payment is accepted.
Paypal Admin Fee: There is an additional admin fee for payments through Paypal.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank BRI, Bank BNI, Gopay, OVO, DANA, and Paypal.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:
Commission Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a commissioned work, the cancellation fee will be determined based on an agreement between the illustrator and the client.
Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee will be in line with the work already completed.

TIMELINES:
Live2D Completion Estimate: The quickest Live2D completion estimate is 2 weeks, with a maximum of 1 month, depending on character complexity and artist availability.
Typical Working Time: The typical working time for your commission is around one week, depending on the complexity of your request.
Deadline Commissions: If you require your artwork to be completed within a specific deadline, an additional fee will be charged.
